Ajax is an AI-powered time tracking software for lawyers that automatically captures billable work. It reads what's on your computer screen, syncs with your Clio calendar, tracks your email activity, and integrates with your VOIP phone system to generate time entries with appropriate narratives, matters, and activity codes. You review these entries in the Ajax website and release them to Clio with one click.

How does Ajax capture my time?

Ajax captures time through several methods:

• Tracking what's on your active computer screen (the window in focus)
• Reading your Clio calendar for meetings and appointments
• Syncing with your email for correspondence
• Integrating with your VOIP phone system, such as Dialpad or RingCentral

Does Ajax slow down my computer?

No. Ajax is designed to have minimal impact on computer performance. The screen reading happens locally on your computer, but all processing is done in the cloud on AWS servers. This ensures your computer stays responsive while Ajax works in the background.

Entry Management

How do I review and release my time entries?

Entries appear in the "To Review" tab of the Ajax website. You can:

• Edit hours, narratives, matters, activity codes, and billable status
• Release entries to Clio with one click
• Merge entries together or split them apart
• Release entries into existing Clio entries
