Why This Role Is Critical

Lawyers who try Ajax are instantly wowed, but they need guidance and support to turn that moment into a lifelong habit. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our product - helping firms succeed, gathering insights, and shaping how Ajax scales.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with founders to launch pilots: check-ins, monitoring, and mini “win reviews.”
• Turn data & conversations into “aha” moments: spot issues early, celebrate wins, and help busy attorneys feel the value.
• Create lightweight playbooks so the next ten pilots run twice as smoothly (think: templated kickoff decks, Slack nudges, automated health checks).
• Feed customer insights to product/engineering so the system keeps improving.
